Here are some of the openings we currently have open:

ENGINE PROGRAMMER

We are looking for experienced engine programmers to help finish the core systems, and optimize them for multiple platforms.

Qualifications:
Strong C++ knowledge
Excellent math and/or physics skills
Demonstrated interest in games
Experience with multiple core system tasks, such as D3D and OpenGL graphics, audio/video, networking, memory handling, script compilers, I/O, etc.
3 years professional experience

Highly Prefer the following skills:
Experience working with multithreaded systems
Performance optimization skills
Console experience, especially next-generation systems
BS (or higher) in Computer Science or similar discipline (Physics, Math, EE, etc.)
Xbox LIVE experience

SERVER PROGRAMMER

Strong knowledge of multithreaded programming, parallelization techniques, systems performance design and measurement, as well as great design skills.

Qualifications:
5+ years of highly scalable systems development experience
5+ years multithreaded experience in a Windows environment
5+ years C++ in a Windows environment
2+ years experience with T-SQL or PL/SQL
Game Industry experience required

Highly Prefer:
Unreal Engine experience
Excellent communication skills
BS (or higher) in Computer Science or similar discipline (Physics, Math, EE, etc.)

GAME PLAY PROGRAMMER

Our gameplay programmers have an intrinsic understanding of what makes a game fun and the analytical mind to break that down into its constituent parts. They experiment with game design using rapid prototyping, yet have the engineering background to make strong architectural and algorithmic decisions.

Qualifications:
Game industry experience
A keen analytical mind
A game designer's creativity
Strong C++ and/or Java skills
Strong math skills

Highly Prefer:
Shipped-title experience
BS (or higher) in Computer Science or similar discipline (Physics, Math, EE, etc.)
Xbox LIVE experience
