I thought it might be okay if I present our game here. We work with Unity3D, 3dsmax and Photoshop.
TRI is a game about creating triangles to walk on them and to reflect lightrays. That's it, basically. ;) We could have chosen the typical test chamber style (gameplay- and aesthetics-wise), but we decided against it. And so it is far more comparable to Kairo or other "ascetic" games, although we have two characters who appear from time to time. (One of them talking to the player.)
What this means? Well, for us, TRI isn't a a typical First-Person Puzzle game, but has also heavy emphasis on atmosphere and exploration.
