The biggest favor you can do yourself is to stop expecting others to do your homework and deliver the answer to your doorstep.

A good programmer is willing to take the time to understand his problem and do a little research by himself, and find a very precise question, instead of the extremely global one you asked now (which is impossible to answer without further information).

I don't know that our guest is asking for homework help. It may just be that this person simply has no ideas as to where to begin.

In any case, I would suggest that you learn programming, first and foremost. If you have never programmed, there is no way to know whether you will enjoy it enough to want to pursue a career in coding. Start off with a language like C#, JavaScript, or Visual Basic. Expect to spend a couple years learning how to program the language you choose. It won't be before then until you can decide whether to pursue a career as a game developer.
