What would be a good scripting language, if I was programmig in Java? Jython, kahlua, jRuby, JavaFX script, luaj?

Which one is fast, easy to use, and dosen't require that much to script?

Python is very popular. A quick Google tells me that there's plenty of integration out there (JPython, Jython, JPype).

I have to put in my vote for Lua. Sure, Python is also very useful, but Lua was not invented by aliens from another galaxy... just my opinion of Python. LOL!

There was a splattering of spam across the board yesterday. However, I've deleted all posts by that user. That's probably what triggered the email.
