There have been a couple of edits recently on the wiki in which a user links to a Russian page on there user page. Now I do not know any Russian but I will make a wild guess this is spam. So what is the feeling/rules about links to none English pages?

Russian URL sites are known to be prone to spam, so it could just be a spam bot targeting wikis.
