A: The short answer is that a wiki is a world-editable repository of knowledge, a community-maintained resource. Anyone can make changes to the wiki simply by clicking the "Edit" tab above a given page. For a more thorough description of the wiki concept,

Q: How do I upload files?
A: In order to be able to upload files you must first
log in. Once you've logged in, you will see an "Upload File" link in the toolbox on the left-hand side of the screen. Be certain to read the
upload policy before uploading your files! We do not accept executables of any kind, and we require that each compressed archive have an accompanying LICENSE.TXT file. Uploads that fail to comply with with upload policy will be deleted!
