I'm pleased to announce that 4 years after the fork, GPWiki has merged the content from GameDev's Wiki back into this site to create a unified resource for Game Development.

Most of the users from the Game Dev Wiki have been merged into our database and should be able to log on with their normal username and password.

GPWiki is also moving to a new server, this should cause less disruption than the last move as I'm able to move chunks of the site when required rather than the one-shot deal I had to perform last time. The upshot is we'll be able to provide more cool stuff on the site. So watch out for new features and improvements coming soon.

The forums have migrated to the new server. You may have some cookie issues as the domain name is slightly different.

Deleting any old GPWiki cookies from your machine should solve the issue.

If there are any problems, please let me know.

The search function on the wiki seems to be playing up. I'm guessing the recent site moves and name changes are the root of the problem. Once the whole site is moved I should be able to fix it.

http://gpwiki.org/ shows a page saying "null register" with a robot picture.

Old links to the forum seem not to be working anymore. eg http://gpwiki.org/forums/search.php?sea ... nreadposts

Fixed (I think). I had to put in a redirect for the forums and Gpwiki.org (without the www) should now be handled properly. I may have to re-visit the Apache config files at some point, they're getting very messy.

NullRegister.com is a domain I bought to set up the VPS server before I moved GPWiki over. I thought about doing an Android dev site there, but I'll probably let it go.

Scratch that. I Ctrl+F5'd and gpwiki came through. So it must have been cached on my side.
