: the tinkerer is the kind of programmer who likes to take programs written by other people and see how they can be made to work together, or how they can be expanded and improved. They are firm believers in the adage that there is no use in reinventing the wheel, and tend to stick to improving on the work of others. They often know a lot about a lot of different programs and file formats, though they may not have written any complete programs themselves. These kinds of programmers are especially good to have on your team in modern game design where so many powerful and robust solutions to common problems have already been written. The problem with tinkerers is that they less likely to implement a truly original idea themselves, preferring to restrict themselves to existing technologies. A lot of modders fall into this category. If you are a tinkerer yourself, you may want to gather a team of like-minded enthusiasts and get into game design via the modding game design path. "
This is what I read on wiki.
What I want to know are two things:
1. I am a begginer and as wiki told me I have to choose my game programing way..so I choose the thinker which is probably the esyest and good for modern games. What langugae program is the best for suporting the downloaded free codes from internet and than using them in your code..so you could make it more easyer? Is it C++ ?
2. When I like write this code in c++ I have to apply it to some engine like Unity, whitin some models ? Or if you know how it works plz tell me ..
