I'll be much more comfortable programming for the phone when I can actually deploy to it. I can't say I'm too fond of emulators.

You're going to be behind if you want until you can get a real phone.

So far the emulator works pretty well. In the process of porting a game to 4.0. We'll see how it works out.

Assuming he is then developing for phones that exist, I would say he is ahead
