Eclipse is a common IDE used for Android development. It's not an actual programming issue, per se, but it closely related. The C++ forum is loaded with questions on linker/library errors and so on. Those are no less legitimate than the question posed in this topic.

I'm not debating the validity of the advice in the first reply. However, I don't see a problem with its place in this forum. And, you have to admit that the "how to switch on a computer" example is a mighty stretch, here. I'm not saying common sense should be eschewed or anything.
