Nice to see Google doing something about the increasing problem of malicious apps in the Marketplace.

Bouncer will scan apps and test for dodgy activity. Apps can still be uploaded to the Market and accessed immediately, but Bouncer should help to identify and remove the bad ones quickly.

There's been a lot of fuss over the level of Adware on the Marketplace recently. Symantec classified several apps as malware earlier in the week, only to downgrade the rating to 'Aggressive Adware' when other AV firms pointed out that the behaviours where down to a heavy handed advertising API.
