Now that I mastered Java and C++(not c, I have no clue about c because I worked my way from Java to C++) I want to learn some graphics stuff.

what must I learn next?(Opengl? DirectX?) Please suggest me some books.

If you want something simple, you can try SDL, here's a nice tutorial, you need these 3 parts for graphics:
http://www.sdltutorials.com/sdl-tutorial-basics
http://www.sdltutorials.com/sdl-coordinates-and-blitting
http://www.sdltutorials.com/sdl-image

If you read on the tutorial also helps with the other functions of SDL and game programming. Good luck!

Don't know what you consider "mastered", but besides reading about topics, I'd strongly recommend doing lots and lots and more lots of actual programming in a nice graphics project. Nothing beats actual experience.
