Pixel Artist with animation skills. If any exist on this board, give me a msg, looking for someone who can produce some limited items for now and I don't expect everyone to work for free.

My main priority is getting a base male/female model similar to the following. With 4-6 frames of movement animation for up/down/left/right, standing up/down/left/right, idle up/down/left/right, sitting down only, 1 hand swing, up/down/left/right.

in the future 2hand swing, bow, overhead attack, spell/skill casting, hit, death up/down/left/right and maybe jump/monster mount.

If this isn't the correct place for asking, please let me know and ill post where it is.

Those images aren't pixel art. Pixel art is drawing sprites pixel-by-pixel. These are most likely hand-drawn. But I digress. :P

So, do you want the sprites to face cardinal up/down/left/right, or in the same 45-degree isometric view as the images (where they face diagonally instead of vertically/horizontally)?

Yeah, I'm not 100% sure how they do it. But that is the style I need. I've hunted over at http://www.pixeljoint.com/ as well, but haven't made any contacting yet.

I would like down to appear down like this, I suppose the body is down with the head at 45degrees but with them looking down. I do not want diagonals, just left, right,up,down. I guess for all ease of topic, just down, no 45degree

example of a down, I like this, but the eyes need to look down and the head a little downward looking, not so much to the left.

And you want 4-6 frames for each direction/action (including idle, standing, walking, sitting one direction, and swing)? And at the same level of detail as the examples you gave, or would something more "cel-shaded" be appropriate (I can do both, but it will have a large impact on production time)?

4 would be the min for each direction action, I'm just looking for the base model first, no cloths, armors, hats, hair, things like that, I will want to customize each of the subitems.

example would be.

Idle Standing (4 frames each direction (up/down/left/right) 16 frames total)

Action Standing (4 frames each direction (up/down/left/right) 16 frames total) - this is the cool down period, after a action was done (e.g swing the sword) before returning to Idle Standing, action staning would be like the girl above and Idle standing would be with say her weapon on her back or down beside her, no heavy breathing, just simplely standing.

Walking (4 frames each direction (up/down/left/right) 16 frames total)

Weapon Slash Swing (6-8 frames each direction (up/down/left/right) 24-32 frames total) - very similar to the way Link swings his sword in "zelda - a link to the past, or the minish cap"

Once I impliment all this, then I will want to expand the animations to include a Weapon Overhead Swing (similar to how Link swings the blue wand in "zelda - a link to the past.", Weapon Casting, Weapon Bow, Weapon Spear/Polearm, Jumping and Death & Hurt.

There is no rush and I completely understand the length of time it takes to create these. Any art I use will get full create in my development, for now, maybe something in the future if my project becomes anything.

Yeah, OK, that's what I was thinking you wanted. Just wanted to make sure we were on the same footing. :)

Go ahead and PM me (I don't have time to message you atm, and if I don't do it now I'll just forget :P) and I'll get back to you ASAP.
